Warranty & Returns

Warranty:
Most of our parts carry a one year manufacturer’s warranty. If your part fails during the first year call us at 1 (800) 527-2343 and we will be happy to assist you.


Returns:
Stock parts: We have a no fault 30-day return policy. Part must be in new, resalable condition, never installed or connected, and in its original packaging.

Special order parts are Non-returnable and non-refundable, his excludes Fisher and Paykel parts.
Fisher and Paykel parts can be shipped or returned to your nearest branch as they will not be available via Return Parts.

We will refund your payment, less the freight charges, provided that the items are not special order, new and have not been installed or connected.

If we caused the error, please enclose an explanation to receive credit for the outbound and return freight cost. Please write your return freight cost on the invoice so we can add this amount to your credit.
